COVID-19 has changed the way that folks all over the world live. We have been confronted with alarming new realities, which require a new approach to life in general. Compiled here are a list of resources that we hope can help you navigate this difficult time.

If you are in need of help or suffering from food insecurity right now, visit vtfoodbank.org/gethelp.

The state of Vermont is seeking volunteers to help tackle the COVID-19 crisis. You can sign up to volunteer at https://vermont.gov/volunteer.

You can donate PPE and medical and industrial grade or surgical masks can be brought to your local State Police Barracks. 

Give blood: Check out the Red Cross website for details. https://www.redcross.org/local/new-hampshire-vermont.html.

Donate to your local food bank online at vtfoodbank.org or  text GIVEHEALTH to 85511.
